Orleans Covid-19 Statement
As small business owners we are very mindful of the devastating economic impact this virus is having on our community so for the month of March we will be offering 10% off any to-go orders called into the restaurant. We also are aware of the disappointment our customers are feeling with the cancellation of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo – a treasured Houston event – so we are also offering individuals who have a Rodeo ticket and/or unused carnival tickets a 10% discount on their entire bill (excluding alcohol) for our dine-in customers. Tickets can be presented to the cashier at check-out for their discount.
Here at Orleans Seafood Kitchen the health and well-being of our guests
and employees has always been our top priority. We are actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation and are up to date and adhering to all guidelines set forward by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
We are committed to providing the greatest standard of care for anyone that steps foot into our restaurant. In an effort to go beyond our typical rigorous day-to-day sanitation we are implementing additional measures including:
- Removing menus from circulation and instead directing our guests to review the menu boards at our walk-up counter
- Additional hand sanitizer stations throughout the restaurant
- Wiping down terminals after every transaction
- Using tissue paper to hand buzzers over to guests
- Passing out cutlery kits in lieu of silverware
