It was in April 2008 that Chance Comstock and Marcus S. Payavla opened to doors of Orleans Seafood Kitchen, fulfilling their vision to bring authentic Cajun food to Katy, Texas. The response was astounding, and 10 years later they are still going strong.
Chance and Marcus attribute their success to the attention to detail that comes with being on site every day. It is that attention to detail and their commitment to customers, employees and community that set Orleans Seafood Kitchen apart from the less personal, big box competition.
The future looks bright for Orleans Seafood Kitchen, which recently launched a food truck to help spread the New Orleans love.
