Orleans Seafood Kitchen has been a vision of Chance and Marcus’s for a long time. They first met in 1993, when they worked together at a popular Houston restaurant. As their friendship evolved, so did their careers in restaurant management. Throughout many years of working together, they never let go of their dream to one day open a restaurant of their own.
They have always been passionate about the many aspects of Cajun cuisine. The robust spices, the heartiness of the dishes, and the many seafood recipes Cajun cooking has to offer. They honed in on this concept and through many years of trial and error in their kitchens at home, they feel that they are able to proudly serve the best Cajun food in town.
Finally the day came in 2007, when Chance and Marcus decided they would embark on their dreams once and for all. They were confident they had the complete recipe for success and that the quality of the food they served, and this would be the number one reason that their customers would keep coming back.
